Coached by Jon Cowell @AppliedTriCoaching

Since May 2022 I have been working with Jon, who is a highly experienced and knowledgable triathlon coach. Jon supports me with season and race planning, physiology testing and tailored weekly training programs.

He's helped me identify key areas of improvement and together we are working on improving my swimming, and allowing me to access top end cycling and running speed.

The journey so far has been a delight and I would recommend Jon's coaching to everyone from an elite to a novice level!
